Why did I only receive the tracking number for part of my order?
Our Truth Decks are shipped separately from the rest of our shop items, so you will receive the tracking number for your decks separate from — and usually before — the other items you purchased. Your tracking number for the rest of your order should follow in a few days. If not, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my items to be shipped?
The Truth Decks and other items take about a week to fulfill and send out. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Note: Truth Deck orders are generally shipped out once per week.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We now offer international shipping for our Truth Decks. Please be aware that once your order leaves the United States, we have no way of tracking your package. Time of arrival varies country by country, but understand it may take up to 1—2 months (or more) depending on your location.
What happens after I place my international order?
Once your international order has been placed, we fulfill it ourselves in house. Your oracle cards will be shipped via USPS First Class Package/Mail Parcel, which does not provide tracking updates once the package leaves the United States. As a small business, this is the most affordable way for us to send our cards across the world.
What if I haven’t received my order?
We are not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. Use your tracking number to stay updated on the status of your delivery and contact your mail carrier with any issues. We are not able to refund lost or stolen packages. If you live in an area with delivery issues, we suggest having your Truth order shipped to a more secure location such as a local business or your office, if possible.
Oops! Can I update my address after my purchase has been made?
Quite simply, no. We will have to wait for the package to be returned to us and resend. We will also have to charge you again for shipping. Make sure you double and triple check your information!
Do you provide refunds for products or services?
No, we do not offer refunds for products or services. If a product from our third party provider arrives damaged, we will happily replace it. Please email us details and photos to email@example.com. For psychic readings, we are happy to offer rescheduling up to two times on a case-by-case basis. After two rescheduled appointments, a rebooking fee will be assessed. What is the best way to get in touch with someone regarding my order?
We do not woman the phone lines. Please email us at email@example.com and someone with a cheery disposition will get back to you within 24hrs.
